Job Description:
Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through phone calls.
Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings including Counselling, IELTS, Visa services, etc
Resolve student queries
Coordinate with the internal team (counselors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversion.
Key Competencies:
Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Counselors and Internal team
Proactive and responsible to report and sort out any problems faced
Familiarity with Google sheets
