Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure stability of income from an existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan, and project finance
- Create proposals for clients with 50 crores to 1000 crores portfolio size

- MBA in Finance with relevant work experience
- Ability to negotiate deals, with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions
- Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in the system to improve performance
