As a Marketing and Branding Intern, you will be working closely with Ericsson India’s talent marketing and branding team and help us drive top talent to our company via modern and innovative employer marketing strategies.

What you will do:

• Develop engaging social media content to increase brand awareness among target demographics
• Conceptualize and develop engaging social media content to increase brand awareness among target demographics on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate and execute employer branding initiatives within Ericsson and externally among target demographics
• Assist with creating and editing employer branding materials to showcase Ericsson India as a top employer. (Including but not limited to social media posts, email content creation, blogs).
• Review and edit written content for grammar, clarity, and alignment with Ericsson's brand voice and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media and Communication, or Business Administration would be preferred.
