ABOUT THE TEAM
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding is the fastest growing product in the SuccessFactors portfolio. In just 5 years, the customer base have grown from 0 to 2000+. The product and team are committed to providing the best experience for the new hires of the customers and thus providing ROI.
Currently working on a fresh version of the product on the SuccessFactors HCM Platform. This open position provides an opportunity for the individual to build a v1 product. You will be working as part of a SAP Success Factors Onboarding Development Team and will be responsible to develop new features using latest/cutting edge technologies, enhance and support existing features and technologies.
Position Overview
The candidate should be able to develop, automate, test, and help in the deployment.
End to end responsibility – take care of your feature from requirements to deployment

This development role provides immense potential for growth. The potential candidate would work closely with other members of the team and other functional groups within SAP SuccessFactors
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
- Knowledge in Object-Oriented Concepts and technical skills with Java/J2EE to develop modern cutting-edge software that performs and scales in cloud environment
- At least basic client-side knowledge of Web technologies – mandatory.
- Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.
- Working knowledge of Scrum, Test Driven Development and passionate about unit test, integrity testing, stress testing and performance testing and test automation
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA with 60% aggregate across.
- Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science required, Master preferred.
- 0-3years of professional experience in developing Java/J2EE based enterprise web-based application
