By extensively leveraging the latest in hardware and software technology, we are also committed to eradicate fake medicines from the Pharma ecosystem that contribute to roughly 30% of drug volumes in India. Our product innovations have allowed for complete data transparency in the entire Pharma supply-chain to empower even the end-users to validate the authenticity and genuineness of the medicines for every medicine sold, using constructs such as unique barcoding of information like expiry dates, origination of drugs etc.
With our scalable technology and processes, we are now reliably delivering healthcare services and medicines to every single pin code in the country.
Product Management @ PharmEasy
Pharmeasy is looking for an experienced Product manager to build & scale our diagnostics platform. Diagnostics as a sector has seen little innovation in the last few decades & there’s an opportunity to improve quality, efficiency & deliver value to the key stakeholders like labs, doctors, & patients. Pharmeasy aims to develop & grow it’s diagnostics platform that connects demand, supply & fulfillment players & offers seamless experience to all the stakeholders. The platform will build & offer mechanisms to promote transparency, trust, digitization & quality improvements. Through a combination of technological innovation and strategic partnerships, Pharmeasy will deliver comprehensive healthcare solutions to its customers.

In this role, you’ll work with a cross functional team of engineers, design, business & data scientists to develop the core diagnostics platform. You’ll partner with multiple entities, internal & external, on the demand (for lab test) & supply (of labs) to grow the platform. Home pick up of the sample is one of the key value propositions that we offer & hence delivering reliable & safe experience to our customers is crucial & a key responsibility. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Pursuing MBA/PGDBM from a top-tier university
- Strong problem solving skills with a curious mind for new products & technologies
- Good data and metrics orientation, along with strong analytical abilities
- Good technical understanding to come up with multiple solutions and analyse trade-offs
- Experience at building high-impact products at scale - software/web technologies/mobile apps.
- Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment
- Design thinking, user empathy and deep understanding of your users to be their advocate
- Basic knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Operations, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support and Marketing.
- Crisp written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
What will you do?
- Define and execute product initiatives to work towards strategic business goals.
- Collaborate across product areas, business stakeholders, legal, and policy teams to manage product roadmap spanning short term and long term.
- Owner mentality; Willingness to take initiatives, Go above & beyond what’s in scope
- Connect with customers (online and offline) to derive insights, identify growth opportunities by analyzing market dynamics and create a strong roadmap.
- Launch new product features, test their performance and iterate accordingly.
- Engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation as well as reasonable delivery schedule.
- Present concepts, business rationale and research to key influencers and senior management. Surface actionable findings and influence business decisions, always acting as an advocate for customers; drive customer experience improvements across PharmEasy
